Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our success. Account managers are constantly helping one another. It’s one of the factors which sets this sales team apart
We're here for the long haul. Our sales team is incredibly stable – our longest-serving member has been with us for 15 years. Many of our customers have been with us for almost 20 years! We need people who share this long-term vision: patience, tenacity in solving problems, utter trustworthiness.
Integrity: Our Co is steeped in public service values. We play fair and we honour our commitments. This is central to our story
We need account managers who can live these values and who want to belong to a supportive, successful sales team. It’s a tough role – hard work, high standards and challenging competition. We need people with drive, good humour and commercial nous.
