A first line support role, with some second line activities. A great place to learn and develop into a 2nd line engineer and then become a fully fledged implementation consultant.
Part of a small, and growing software solution company. The role is to support our in-house developed applications across a range of industries.
The candidate will work closely with Implementation teams to create customer handovers and on-board them into the support system, as well as work with the software development team to troubleshoot and resolve more complicated issues.
Excellent verbal, and written communication is key. And a documented, organized approach to your work is also important, to ensure customer details, and support tickets are correctly documented.
Large potential for growth inside a dynamic, and growing business. Perfectly suited to a 1st or 2nd line support technician looking for a variety of work and wants to take on a new challenge with a new product line with the option to grow inside the business and work on large scale implementations.
Work in a similar role would be ideal, but not essential.
Experience in other roles such as
Minor software development,
Experience in troubleshooting, problem solving, and business requirements analysis would also be advantageous.
SQL Server (Dba, query writing, reporting)
Report Writing (e.g Crystal Reports)
Label Design (i.e Bartender Label Design)
General I.T Skills
20 days holiday + bank holidays.
