Over the last 40 years, my client has pushed the boundaries of product innovation and expanded their operation into global markets with unrivalled partnerships across the middle and far east. Their UK market share stands at 30% with a mix of distribution, direct, online and partnership business. With 40 new sites opening over the next 5 years, 5 signed off for 2024 already, they have huge plans to grow and expand their operations with the use of their core systems all based around a Progress software platform.

Having recently experienced their most profitable three years since their inception, they are looking to hire two more Progress 4GL developers who have reasonable Openedge developer experience from Version 10 onwards. Core progress development will happen on Version 12, but we need developers who are open minded to new languages, frameworks and general development stacks.

Projects will be varied and in the main greenfield including EDI projects, new franchise site development, eglobal ecommerce projects, full site systems upgrades, API integration projects, 3rd party warehousing projects as well as the BAU projects to keep their product roadmaps relevant and pushing doundaries.
