Support Analyst

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our fast paced, challenging IT department as a Support Analyst. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and dedicated IT support team which combines Desktop and bespoke applications supporting a user base of approximately 500 staff in Leeds, London, Dusseldorf, Beijing, Tokyo and New York.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong 1st/ 2nd line experience working on a busy service desk and be looking for a more varied support analyst role.

As well as the technical skills required for this role the successful candidate will have good communication skills and a customer focused attitude towards desktop and applications support. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

•Proven background working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst within a busy Service Desk
•Excellent technical knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
•Experience supporting bespoke applications and software packages
•Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
•PC/Laptop/mobile devices and general basic network connectivity/troubleshooting experience
•Excellent communication skills
