Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

  • Operate across Search, Email, Affiliate, Display and Social.
  • Develop and implement a loyalty program to acquire data for the business and provide tailored customer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships & influence decision making with key internal stakeholders across the wider marketing team and business functions.
  • Operate within the GDPR framework, seeking opportunities to further increase trust with the customer

  • Proven experience delivering marketing data & analytics solutions to B2C eCommerce brands
  • Experience in eDM campaign planning and management from strategy and deployment to reporting (using mailchimp or similar applications)
  • Experience delivering CRO & attribution modelling solutions
  • Experience implementing visualisation solutions e.g. Tableau, Qlik or similar
  • Experience working with the latest trends, MarTech tools and innovations in the CRM / CDP & eCommerce domains. (Salesforce, Google, Adobe stacks)
  • Experience & knowledge operating across CRM, Data Strategy & Campaign Management
  • A track record developing eCommerce & Marketing Data Strategy
  • Experience in working within and ideally developing loyalty programs for medium sized businesses
  • Excellent project management and communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience with GDPR compliance


  • Location: Sheffield
  • Salary:   Up to £50k commensurable with experience
  • On-call/OOH:Not required
  • Unsociable hours pay:If ever required - Expected within normal salary remit and use of TOIL
  • Probation:6 months (due to seniority of role)
  • Working hours:Mon - Fri 9-5pm
  • Flexibility on start and finish time: Yes within reason and within office/building opening hours

We are recruiting for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our brand team to drive our data strategy.


We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce / Marketing Data Analyst that has an entrepreneurial spirit:


  • Work with the Brand Director to develop and drive data strategy for the business and its global retailers.
  • Deliver the analysis & meaningful insight to help improve marketing effectiveness: acquisition, engagement, retention, churn & commercial results.
  • Focus on Customer, Campaign, Product, Promotion domains to provide recommendations that improve eCommerce business KPI’s
  • Own measurement & reporting through the funnel with a focus on short term sales and also CLV.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Google Analytics, Magento, Shopify etc.
  • Work with the Brand Director on developing CRM & eCommerce best practices to optimise customer journeys
  • Deliver insight to improve sales & lifecycle communications, with a specific focus on measurement, multi-variate testing, segmentation, personalisation, copy and creative optimisation
  • Build, test, optimise and deploy email newsletters and report on the results.
  • Use real-time insights to measure, refine and optimise the performance of all channels (Eg. testing and refining ecommerce creative to drive sales)
