We have a new role which has come about from the recent migration of Sage200 to MS Dynamics. The role will support Dynamics BC users across the group and working closely with the IT & Project Management teams to ensure the smooth integration of 3rd party applications.

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the Dynamics BC System Administrator principal role is responsibility for maintaining a robust Dynamics 365 Business Central system, which promotes ongoing business growth by ensuring effective and efficient operations in all user departments


  • D365 BC system administration as the Group’s principal ‘Super User’
  • Proactive development of D365 BC processes
  • User support & training to all departments
  • Help to identify system upgrade and development to improve capability, efficiency and reliability
  • Working alongside the Project & IT teams to deliver Dynamics improvements
  • Proactive implementation & review of appropriate documentation
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience


  • Reasonable experience working daily with D365 Business Central / NAV
  • D365 BC /NAV System Administrator or system wide Super User experience


  • D365 BC implementation experience or other systems development experience
  • Project management and qualifications
